Online Presence for Rentals

Multiple avenues are employed giving RentJackson wide online exposure to assist in getting your property rented. The domain name http://www.rentjackson.com was registered in 2000, giving us the advantage of a long-established site and helping us get found on Google, and other search engines. Because of Art’s local name recognition, another domain name http://www.artminton.com was also registered in 2000, broadening our online presence.  Current SEO (Search Engine Optimization) contributes to site performance.  There were 1244 visitors in March, 2024.

Owners are able to access their portals via a website link, while tenants have both access to a tenant portal for payments and communications and a link for maintenance requests.

New property listings are promptly placed on the Available Homes pages.  As a member of Jackson MLS, Art is able to have all rental listings included there. We contract with Zillow for integration with Propertyware, our management platform, creating robust interactions with potential renters.

Art Minton Realty LLC is found on Google maps and pictures and posts are included via Google for Business.
